Active Stretching: 1. Leg Swings (10 each)
2. Lift knee up to Chest then squeezing (5-10 each)
3. Quad Presses (5-10 each)
4. Grab outside shin and bring to chest and squeeze (5-10 each)
Do Before training.
Stretch: 1. Lunge position Stretch (try pulling heal to Glutes) (20-30 seconds) 2. Single Leg Hamstring/Calf stretch (use a strap) (20-30 seconds) 3. 5 Sun salutation.
4. Laying down cross leg stretch (20-30 seconds)
